Privacy Policy
All Things New is a quiet place for Bible study and spiritual support. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we care for it.
Who we are
All Things New offers free Bible study guides, reflection journeys, and a way to request prayer or spiritual support. We aim to treat every person and every message with dignity and care.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Account details — such as your name, username, email address, and password — when you create an account so you can save progress and return to your journey.
- Study progress — information about guides or reflections you open or complete while signed in, so your journey can continue where you left off.
- Support and prayer requests — the name, contact details, preferred contact method, request type, and message you share when you reach out for prayer, a Bible question, conversation, a personal study, or another inquiry.
- Technical information — limited data needed to run the site securely, such as session and security cookies, and basic server logs (for example, IP address and browser type) that may be created when you visit.
You do not need an account to read many of our studies. Support requests can be shared with as much or as little personal detail as you choose, within what is needed for us to respond in the way you ask.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies so the site can work — for example, to keep you signed in during a visit and to protect forms from misuse. We may also use local storage in your browser to remember simple preferences, such as dismissing a site banner. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your information to advertisers.
How we use information
We use the information you share to:
- Provide Bible study guides and save your progress when you have an account
- Respond to prayer requests, questions, and other support messages
- Keep the site secure, reliable, and available
- Improve content and care based on how the site is used, without selling personal data
- Send account-related messages, such as a password reset, when you request them
Prayer and support requests
Messages you send through our support form are treated as confidential ministry correspondence. They are reviewed by people involved in spiritual care for this ministry so we can pray with you and respond thoughtfully. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent medical, mental-health, or emergency help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional right away — this site is not an emergency service.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with people serving this ministry who need it to respond to you, with service providers who help host or operate the site under appropriate safeguards, or when required by law. Aggregated or anonymous information that does not identify you may be used to understand overall use of the site.
Retention
We keep account and support information only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, for pastoral follow-up where appropriate, or as required by law. You may ask us about updating or removing information you have shared with us.
Your choices
- You may browse many studies without creating an account.
- You may update account details while signed in, or request help with your account.
- You may choose how much to share in a support message and how you prefer to be contacted.
- You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
Children
This site is intended for a general audience seeking spiritual encouragement. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us inappropriately, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to address it.
Questions about privacy
If you have a question about this policy or about information we hold, please reach out through our spiritual support form and choose a general inquiry so our team can help.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
